SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
First Class shipping: (4-10 business days): S & H is $3.95 per order + $1 per lb.
Priority Shipping: (2-4 business days): S & H starts at $4.95 per order + $2 per lb.
Parcel post Shipping to Canada: S & H starts at $4.95 per order + $1 per lb.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: UPS Ground shipping cost is calculated real time based on the distance and weight. Cost varies depending on weight and distance.
For heavier orders, UPS Ground is often cheaper than priority shipping. You can compare these two shipping methods in your shopping cart and see which method is cheaper, and if UPS Ground will deliver in your required time frame.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail International. Rates start at $10.95 and vary by country and product weight. We will inform you the shipping cost and wait for your approval and payment before shipping.
Two UPS shipping methods are also available for international shipping.

You can see the shipping cost at Checkout time before payment is made.
International customers are responsible for customs and duties charges when order arrives into their country.
We do not accept returns on International Orders at this time.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING: Our merchandise is constantly changing so we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock. Prices subject to change without notice.
RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return the item(s) ordered for refund or exchange. Please note all returns must arrive in new condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. A refund will be applied to your credit card minus any shipping costs.
*For all orders returned that originally qualified for free shipping, returning will also forfeit this promotion and the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount if free shipping was originally selected.
If the return is due to shipping error or defective merchandise, the total amount will be refunded including orignial shipping charge.
NO RETURN POLICY:
Due to high cost of shipping, handling and vendor policies, we can not accept returns on Luggage products from Coleman, Traveler's Choice, Antler, McKlein and Siamod by McKlein.
IMPORTANT: You must obtain a return authorization number from us before returning the merchandise. The RA number must be with your the package.
